King Point Marina

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc invested £4million in the much-heralded new 171-berth King Point Marina in the historic inner dock basin at Millbay in Plymouth, creating a centrepiece for the widespread 20-acre regeneration of Plymouth’s dockside taking place to establish a vibrant waterfront city quarter.

King Point Marina was the first marina to be built in the UK for almost five years and represented a significant investment by Sutton Harbour Holdings plc into boosting Plymouth’s waterfront economy, creating a modern new marina facility to complement the existing 5 Gold Anchor marina at Sutton Harbour.

Boat owners are able to enjoy sheltered berthing for vessels of 7.5 to 25 metres in the lively new Millbay quarter, minutes from Plymouth city centre, and take advantage of a modern new shoreside building with showers, toilets and amenity areas, as well as the hugely popular new bistro restaurant, The Dock, on the first floor.
